Justin has been active in sales and lettings for over 20 years, having worked for large corporates and then purchasing Target Property in Edmonton in 2009. He also owns and runs Thomas Childs Lettings in Hertford, as well as Angels Sales and Lettings in Edmonton, Peter Barry Sales & Lettings in Winchmore Hill and Fine and Country Winchmore Hill. With his large team of ARLA and NAEA qualified property professionals, Justin’s aim is to provide a quality sales and lettings service to all of the customers that come into contact with any one of his brands.

Sheri has been a property manager for 18 years, developing her knowledge of the lettings industry with roles throughout North London and Hertfordshire. She qualified with ARLA in 2011, and cites her positive attitude as the key to her success. XENA AYLOTT

ACCOUNTS MANAGER


Xena joined Target Property as a property manager for the maintenance department in 2020, arguably one of the toughest years to date in the industry due to the pandemic. Xena quickly proved herself within the company and when the opportunity arose in 2021 she was selected to be trained as head of our accounts department. Originally coming from a land development and investment background, Xena has worked in the property industry for six years within the London and Hertfordshire areas. Xena takes pride in resolving issues with a calm and positive approach to allow for landlord and tenant relationships to thrive. Xena has continued to obtain knowledge across the lettings & property management team in which she is a valued member of the team.

Kelsey has joined as a maintenance property manager and deals with incoming reports of repairs and liaising between all parties to obtain a solution that is beneficial for all . Kelsey has a property management background having worked in the industry for 6 years and specialises in maintenance enquiries. Despite having an extremely high pressured role, Kelsey continues to strive in providing customer service at the highest level with a methodical approach to any situation that arises.

Kai is our dedicated property manager taking on the important role of ensuring all our clients are compliant with safety certificates, rental protection insurances and Enfield Licensing. Originally from our sister company Peter Barry, Kai has worked in the property industry for three and a half years, within the London area. Kai lives in the Enfield borough and has built many working relationships with local businesses to ensure our clients get the best service.  Kai has shown he will go beyond the general standards of customer service to provide the additional support often needed when issues arise.
